Along with specializing in congestive heart failure rehabilitation, we also offer a stroke recovery program. Rehabilitation is one of the most important phases of recovery for many stroke survivors. The effects of stroke may mean that you must change, relearn or redefine how you live. Stroke rehabilitation helps you return to independent living, and achieve the highest quality of life.

We specialize in the care of patients with most forms of cardiac rehabilitation. We have a highly experienced clinical staff to assist in each patient’s care. The treatment that you will receive can significantly improve your symptoms but also help the weakened heart work as efficiently as possible.
We treat individuals with:
- Post Heart Attack
- Post Cardiac Surgery
- Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Congestive Heart Failure and Stroke Services
We offer the following diagnoses-specific services for both congestive heart failure and stroke:
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapies up to seven days a week
- Staff specifically trained in caring for patients with stroke and other neurological issues
- Admissions 24 hours a day/7 days a week
- Heart healthy education • Heart healthy diet
- IV services
