A Celebration of Seniors

As we emerge from the pandemic, Hartford HealthCare and CarePartners of Connecticut want to recognize the incredible resiliency of our seniors!

Through 18 months of uncertainty and fear, members and participants in your Senior Center were beacons of hope and health, as the entire world confronted COVID-19. A Celebration of Seniors honors three Connecticut residents for their work in the community over the last year.

An honoree was selected from each of the three entry categories: Creativity | Volunteerism | Fitness

Honorees received $100 gift cards, and are featured here and on social media.
