 | Paula DePinto, CPA Director of Finance, Hartford HealthCare Senior Services Ms. DePinto manages a team of accounting professionals who are responsible for all financial aspects including financial and compliance audits under Community Network Senior Services division. She oversees three skilled nursing homes, four assisted living facilities, an adult day care center, GoodLife Fitness program, the 12 locations for the Centers for Healthy Aging and St. Vincent’s Special Needs Services, an organization that provides specialized services for children and adults with multiple developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. She has over 15 years of experience in the Senior Services field and has managed numerous financial projects within Community Network, including most recently the acquisition of a hospice center purchased by Hartford HealthCare at Home. In her tenure at HHCSS, she has overseen clinical program development, contracting, and regulatory compliance. She also oversees St. Vincent’s Special Needs Services, which provides specialized services for children and adults with multiple developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. She leverages her extensive background in healthcare, education, program development, and stakeholder engagement in this role. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Senior Service industry. Prior to her current role, she was the Executive Director at Mulberry Gardens of Southington and Middlewoods of Farmington. Ms. Mauriello has expansive experience in sales and occupancy as she was the Retirement Counselor in three of HHCSS Assisted Living communities. She brings 10-plus years of clinical experience in the Senior Service industry.
