Jerome Home is the legacy of benefactor Augustus Smith Jerome. In 1900, Jerome included a request in his will that a home be established for the care of the elderly in New Britain.

Jerome Home, managed by Hartford HealthCare, provides a full service continuum to meet your needs at all stages of life, as well as short-term rehabilitation and outpatient services for people after hospitalization, to support the transition from hospital to home. Jerome Home is a not-for-profit member of Hartford HealthCare's Senior Health Services.
